ADMISSIONS

 

The process for admissions is as follows:

1. Complete Registration Form and pay applicable fees.         

2. Sign and return appropriate papers to the office 

3. Set a date and time for assessment/placement testing if requested.       

4. Provide required records:

• Immunization record

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Social Security Card
